Four models are currently available:

• The C1MM is suitable for material width up to 150cm
• The CC1MM Compact Model of the C1MM above, also handles material widths up to 150cm, but with a shorter table length.

• The C2MM is ideal for larger fabric widths, up to a massive 213cm
• The CC2MM Compact model of the C2MM above

Designed to measure almost any flexible material up to 44mm (1¾") thick, and fabrics with wide selvedges or fringes. The clever anti-spin mechanism automatically stops the measurement as soon as the end of the material passes through the machine. The integral read-off counter is quickly reset to zero with the flick of a lever. The measuremaster 261 may also be purchased separately - contact our sales team for more details.

The control panel operates the electric cutter and the electonic speed control. In just 3 seconds, the soft-start electronics allow the machine to accelerate smoothly from zero up to the selected speed, or to the design maximum of 60 metres per minute. The 3 drive rollers are precision ground from a special non-marking rubber compound. The table can be operated on a slow speed without any loss of power for close critical inspecting, or speeded up for fast, yet accurate measurement. The operating speed can be adjusted at any time, before or even during operation. The speed of operation does not vary with the diameter of the roll, but may experience slight variation with different materials. The machine is controlled by a pneumatic foot pedal and is protected by an emergency stop control and mains failure lockout.

This unique feature from Measuring Machines Ltd. is a genuine time saver. It comes mounted in a recessed high-quality stainless steel track, gliding effortlessly upon hard-wearing nylon rollers. The drive and cradle rollers all rotate on ball-bearings and are supported by one-piece cast side frames. The razor-sharp cutting blade is safely stored beneath aluminium housing, from where it cuts quickly, cleanly, straight and square. The reliable electric motor and coiled power feed cable are kept out of the way, cleverly hidden beneath the track. An in-built mounted sharpening device enables the blade to be re-honed in seconds, ensuring cutting efficiency and reliability.
